Anyway, here I am again. It's good to be back! :)
Let's start the sharing!
Sweetest day!
I have known April for two and a half months now. We’re not that close but she is already part of my everyday life. Araw- araw kaming nakikita at nag-uusap,eh.
Reason for the title.
Early morning of June 14, I received a letter from her. I was confused when she handed it to me 'coz that's not the type of communication we actually practised but of course, I opened and read it just to find myself felt so overwhelmed after reading. Le’me share the excerpt.
"I know, you’re wondering for this. Even myself, but i can't help it. It's all about the topic we shared last day- IDOL. I do not know how you balance your life but i admire you so much each and everyday. The way you look and live life in a so much positive way is so amazing. Each moring I see you with a sweet smile on face is idolizing. I do not know. How you stay positive despite the negativity in life, your strengh, character is so admiring. Nakakatawa nga,eh. i am 3 years older than you pero ako pa yung nag-a-idol sa 'yo. sabi ko nga di, ba, you are my not-a-star super idol. Sa totoo lang, i wanted to learn how to live like you live, in short, i wanna be like you. :) take care and good health!"
I do not know what to say after reading her letter. I was so overwhelmed. Thank you, April. Counting more sweet years with you!
Happy Father's Day! :)
Father's Day is a special day for everyone! We use this day to honor our fathers all over the world! We celebrate this holiday on the third Sunday in June.
I've said this before, and I'll say it again, I am and always will be a papa's munchkin. :)
Dads (of course, aside from moms) are the ones who are there for you at all times. When you are sick or if you feel you’re not loved, papas are there. You might not even be his sweet care taker but a true father is there to take care of you. Be very grateful for the father you have, taking care of you, protects and loves you. Yes, parents are responsible to take care of their kids, to show and give love, to protect and give the necessary things to them at sabi nga nila, na sa mga anak nalang na kung anoman ang isusukli nila sa hirap ng pagpapalaki sa kanila ng kanilang mga magulang. But for me, being a child, it is also my responsibity to give back to my parents the love that they are still giving me, to take care of them and make the most of every moment when i am with them and when they are still
existing, for I know, time can never get back.
Today (actually, not only today), but all of the day, everyday, express to your daddy, papa, tatay, pang, erpat (or however you call the most important man of your life) your appreciation and love for them.
Thank you papa for your love for each and everyday, for the support and everything you have done for me, for us. I don't get to say this often but I am proud of you at mahal kita, alam mo yan. :) I will always be your nene. I miss you so much!!
