A touching sharing
Mom breastfeeds baby after mastectomy
The woman in the photo was diagnosed
with stage 3 breast cancer while she was pregnant. She had chemotherapy
and had one breast removed while on the family way, and was induced to
give birth at 36 weeks so she could continue getting treatment. Breastfeeding is such
a sacred bond, and this one just makes my heart break and swell at the
same time.
