This was the message I received from Ms. Jean, the beautiful wife of The President of my current employer after I resigned from previous company.
Me is hoping for a long and fruitful years either. Nobody wants to have a five or more employer in a year, I believe. But I think, we cannot say how long we can stay in one phase until we discover the kind of environment we are in. No matter how long you may want to stay but the forces within a phase is more of powerful than yours, your wishes and hopes will just be wishes and hopes.
